Twitch Raiding, Swatting and Doxing gone too far?

In future if I ever get a decent enough internet connection to stream on, I'm going to contact my local police department to find out if there's a process or something that can be done to let them know that I'm either a Streamer or what times I'll be streaming so that if they received a call like that it's not likely to go down as hardcore. You can't stop it 100% because law enforcement have protocols they HAVE to follow, but I'd have thought by now law enforcement would be willing to take into consideration the addresses or people who do streaming just as an extra precaution so that they don't go too overboard, like sending a few officers instead of a whole SWAT team which is a waste of their time and thus tax payer's money.
