Drug abuse and infidelity is not rape though....just because he did those things, it doesn't mean he raped her.

Substance abuse is still illegal though, and he should be punished for that. We know now from close friends of his who I have no reason why they would lie, that he used drugs, was manipulative, and cheated on his girlfriends. In my eyes, these things make him an absolute monster anyway.

Those things certainly paint the picture of a bad guy, but there is a big leap in the type of monster that takes drugs, manipulates, and cheats on girls and the kind who rapes girls. Those are two completely different levels of monster. Not even in the same ballpark. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what comes of this.

In my opinion, whatever the reason for doing so, cheating is absolutely wrong and shameful. Why go have sex with someone else secretly when there is already someone who loves you? It just shouldn't be allowed to happen. Think about what the girls being cheated on thinked when they found out, they're worlds were absolutely ripped apart, and why anyone would want to do that to a girl who is in love with you is beyond me. Also, manipulation makes him a monster because (and I don't know all the details of his case of manipulation so bear with me) to purposely manipulate the mind of someone is just wrong, it makes them feel like the 'bad' guy. Also, I don't wanna even tell you how drug abuse is so unbelievably wrong, especially spiking others' drinks with EXTREMELY dangerous drugs. It could kill them.

I watched the video of his latest ex last night and she claims that April was one of the people to introduce Toby to drugs.

There are two sides here everyone so keep an open mind.

it would seem clear that Toby is in to drugs and is a s****y boyfriend, but understand that these facts could very well be being used to manipulate all of US in to believing a lie sold with them.

I have decided to sit on the fence and wait to see how it all washes out.

Sounds like you have already made your mind up which is just stupid! And cheating and drug abuse isn't anywhere near as bad as the rape and drug spiking.

Just because a person is s****y in one area doesn't mean every other allegation against them is true.

Technically we can't know how many exactly...as usually the false rape claims only get revealed when the person who falsely accused the person comes forward.
But there has been several stories of people (usually men) serving several years on rape charges that turned out to be bogus...and it makes it even worse when we all know what the other inmates do to "rapists" in prison.[DOUBLEPOST=1460554942,1460554881][/DOUBLEPOST]

Personally I think all drugs should be legal, that way at least we avoid them supporting criminal organisations when buying them...and if alchohol is legal, I see no reason why other drugs shouldn't be.
