Did Toby Turner Rape and Drug his Ex-Girlfriend?

Heard about this a couple days ago. Can't say I'm surprised, since he has a bit of a reputation with women in some parts of the industry. Of course that is all hearsay, since I did not meet him myself. Although, there's a big difference between being a womanizer and a rapist so it's important not to point fingers unless there are enough facts. So idk. *shrug*
 
Why would you put it on Tumblr and not go to the police first?! I don't take anything serious that's on Drama alert. Especially after the false pedophile accusations against a poor old man. I feel like Keemstar hasn't learned s**t from his last f*ck up. He should've waited to hear the story from both sides. Also funny that he kinda makes fun of people believing Toby's mum, but he believes everything random people say about Toby. Because they know him doesn't make it true.

I personally don't know if Toby did it or not. If this turns out to be a lie, I would sue both the girl and Keemstar. This could destroy someone's career, so Keemstar needs to be more careful.

I've heard a little about this, and there seems to be an decent amount of people claiming the tumblr post was copied from a Netflix show called Jessica Jones with names changed to Toby. I myself haven't checked this but definitely worth checking out before taking this any further.

I've seen the entire season of Jessica Jones and I couldn't see any relation to Jessica Jones.

I've watched both his videos on the situation (Keemster/Drama Alert), as far as I can tell he hasn't actually accused anyone of anything, if anything all I see him doing is presenting information as it's seen by anyone but collating it into 1 area, definitely not doing anything legally wrong or warranting him getting sued over, naturally his channel revolves around drama & news so it's only natural he'd jump on the opportunity to show the information he has found, he really isn't doing anything differently from what current journalists or the media does, the only difference is that if Toby is found innocent, Keemstar despite his doucheyness & willingness to jump on drama; will probably actually make an effort to present that information to his viewers and not sweep it under the rug. He did the same thing with Sam Pepper and even had an interview with him eventually (which he's still providing information on as well), he has also invited Toby Turner for an interview so that he can do exactly that: get "the story from both sides".
 
It's been really shocking and sad to see my childhood idol being accused of rape and drug use over the last few days and I can only hope for these allegations to be disproven. I personally don't want to believe it's true. What are your thoughts on this topic?
