The Subscriber Secret!

I agree that your channel had to look nice and polished for sure. I see alot of channels that wonder why they aren't growing like they want to but either they don't have nice looking thumbnails or their banner doesn't look nice. Sometimes people don't even organize their home page for people to browse through their play list. If it looks like a hot mess noone will want to subscribe or watch you videos basicly.
 
Why would somebody who closes the video after 30 seconds be willing to subscribe to you? Chances are much higher if that person watches all the way through and you don't annoy people away early when you put annotations in the end.
 
Interesting. I have always put my annotations at the end to get them watching more of my videos. Maybe it works for some people and doesnt work for others. personally, if I saw a video that put annotations in the video when you are trying to watch is distracting it just makes me think all they want is more subscribers. I always tell people to subscribe at the end of the video because if they got that far, then they are more willing to subscribe.
