The 'I Got Partnered with RPM' Thread

When I tried to sign up with RPM one of their things says I have to somehow 'contact Youtube to let them know that all the earnings will now go to them' That stopped me from joining because I have no idea how to do that, nor do I want to get kicked out or whatever because I didn't contact Youtube. I'm just a little surprised everyone seems to be ignoring my question when usually everyone seems to be really quick about answering youtube-related things.
 
How many views do you require to partnership with RPM, and does the partnership help make a difference towards your views, etc?

Thanks, I'm new to YouTube and I want to be able to know how to get a few views. :)

I heard RPM has 0 requirements nowadays. But the views are still up to you. You just get paid for them.

I have all the features
Claming options instead of monetization, banner, live streaming and shows too
I have e-mailed cms of rmp network that i am a accepted as they said in a email who they sended to me 2 hours after i recieve the invite and i am still waiting for the get fully integrated to the network and that "welcome pack" they mentioned.

They still have requirements and I am almost certain that depending on what requirements you meet a different contact will be offered to you and also daworld tv have no views a day requirements now they just focus on content;).
 
They have 2 contracts as of now in RPM.

When you're averaging a less than hundred views per day, you'll get the new contract they have put in. Some said it's 50/50 and 2yrs lock-in and the 60/40, the old contract.

what about the 'you must contact youtube to let them know all earnings go to rpm' thing... how did that work? Honestly it's the only thing stopping me from trying to sign up.
