Read what I just quoted...I didn't say they didnt get it checked by a lawyer. Doesn't automatically make it a binding contract. I have signed plenty contracts in my time. I'm aware of how they work. I don't need to read up on it
Well... Can you provide a source which says that it's true? I'm just curious because I'm basically in your situationI didn't say they didnt get it checked by a lawyer. ^It`s not true...Well... Can you provide a source which says that it's true? I'm just curious because I'm basically in your situationApplied but got unsure if I really want to anymore after what happened with the requirement being lowered to 0 views.
Yeah that's what confuses me, the e-mail I got even said that they would send me an INVITATION link... And what if they denied me now? They basically in that case had me sign a contract where they promised to do a whole lot of things for me...You don't understand what I'm saying. I was applying to be considered. You don't sign a binding contract consisted terms of conditions before even being accepted[DOUBLEPOST=1365294697,1365294627][/DOUBLEPOST]Won't hold up is my point
Yes you do!!!You don't understand what I'm saying. I was applying to be considered. You don't sign a binding contract consisted terms of conditions before even being accepted
They have to co-sign the contract, they have the right to not sign it in which case the contract would be terminated.Yeah that's what confuses me, the e-mail I got even said that they would send me an INVITATION link... Nope...And legally a contract with a term more than one year HAS to be done in writing.
Stop acting like a little kid. "I didn`t do because I don`t want to have done it" goes to hide in a corner... < that`s you..Not legal if the term is more than one year and not done in writing.
