Manually is going to each channel through means of clicking something on "YouTube.com" or typing in the URL of their channel and subscribing.
 
I wouldn't use it from look at what people said in previous posts. Plus Sub for Sub is not beneficial in anyway possible if you want people to actually watch your videos.
