Personality is how to make it anywhere these days. On youtube, reality shows, etc. So not only do we need to have awesome high quality videos but a personality to go along with it!

Im sorry but I totally disagree, You wouldnt wanna watch a video with somebody with absolutley no energy or interesting jokes would you?

That doesn't really gave you the right to say that "Joe blogs is too boring, he shouldn't really have a YouTube or shouldn't to be able to upload videos"

Boring person or not that what's makes YouTube. :/
We just have to shift our way tough the boring people.
