Technically by going on sites like omegle you consent to be recorded... So technically you have no rights to force him to take it down... Now if he was a nice person, he would either take it down or edit you out, but that doesn't sound like the case here

Not to be recorded and published somewhere else, no. At least not in general. Unless it explicitly says so somewhere on the site. Videos from chat roulette, etc. get taken down and/or re-edited all the time because of this.

If it was someone really big on YouTube then it might not be a good idea following it up, when fan boys get a hint of someone interfering the kick up a s**t storm weather you are right or wrong and will cause a whole s**t load of problems

Yes there is. The law. There doesn't have to be anything saying that you can't on the site, cause if someone want's to publish images of you he needs your consent. That's like saying you can kill people on the street, cause there's no street sign stating that you can't...
