Software for mixing and mastering!

Which software do you use for mixing, mastering or any kind of audio recording. I always use Cubase. Right now I'm using Cubase Pro 8.

I use audacity, since it's simple and offers what I need.
Do you make music with cubase or does it offer the same as audacity?

I would suggest Adobe Audition, you can get the CS2 version for free if you can do your research

i tried that once and wasn't impressed. What do you usually record with that?
