Shout Outs!! What are the rules on Youtube???

Hello Everyone!!!

One of the things I like doing is Shout outs!!!
I'm not the typical Youtuber who will post a video shout out for 50 plus Youtubers on one video.
I do one video telling people why I like there channel, website or even restaurant.
Generally I do a 2-5 minute video on the person/webpage or restaurant.
So my Shout out videos aren't just to other Youtubers!
But what are Youtube's rules regarding Shout Outs???
Does anyone know???
Because I really can't seem to find any kind of guidelines on this subject.

I doubt there would be any issues with making shout outs / reviews of anything. I think any discussion there has been on it has been leaning more towards its efficiency and how it's done to biggest effect.

If you enjoy it, there shouldn't be anyone or any rule holding you back.

I have done shout outs before, I think as long as you describe what the channels is about and why you like them, then it´s no worries.
I´m guessing there might be problems if you use a lot of footage from the channels, so it goes beyond the fair use aspect.
