Reply button not working?

The problem is recurring for you because you keep re-posting/re-sharing your Google+ content, in effect constantly un-doing and re-doing the process, which makes no sense. As I stated above, if you use Google+ more than YouTube, and/or Google+ is more important to you than replying to YouTube comments, just forfeit using the "Reply" button until and unless the issue ever gets resolved. If replying to comments is more important, then do the fix above and do not go and re-post/share all your Google+ content all over again, recreating the problem for yourself.

You can't have it both ways right now. Personally, I don't use Google+ (Facebook is enough for me) so it doesn't matter.

well, i have a few of my videos re-shared on google+ but i cant be bothered to re-share all of them, because i want the option to reply to comments if i need to, so if i do find i want to reply to a comment ill have to go through the whole google+ steps again. ill just see how it goes until this problem gets worked out.
 
Fair enough. At least you know what the issue was now and how to resolve it. I just happened to find this discussion thread in a Google search. :)

thanks for sharing the solution. i hope i didnt come off too attitude-ey. i was just frustrated about the whole situation. i still am but at least i know how to semi-fix it until it gets actually fixed.

It isn't working for me either, but if you click reply from the email you get from a comment, it works just fine.
