Outro or Intro?

I still doesn't know. I just made intro today and uploaded it. Now am getting ready to start next year.. :) hope you can also check my intro.

Both are good but if I had to pick, it would be the intro. You only have 5-15 seconds to grab someone's attention before they click off your video. Gotta make the first impression the best one

Just curious on peoples opinions on the matter because in my eyes I think a outro leaves more of a positive impact then an intro. But I just wanted to know others opinions

Since the first 10 seconds of a video are crucial if people stay or leave. I think having an intro can kind of hurt, but if they are a fan it gives them something to look forward to. Every time I sub and I know they have about a 30 second intro I skip generally. I think others would too, but if they aren't subbed why should I wait through a long intro to find what I want?

I do a 4 second short talking intro were i try to catch people's attention what the video is about, then i play my video intro. My video intro is 6 seconds, in my opinion still to long lol. I also have an endcard, they can never hurt. People that watch till the end, get some information about your previous video and social media. They watched the whole video, doesn't matter if they click away because of the endcard.

A intro is important because it's a qick introduction to your brand and a outro Important because it brings a strong call to action, both are complementary to each other using both would be a win,

Outro is better if viewers make that far in our videos just because it can be as long as you want and put what ever you want while on intro, well you are usually limited to only your name because who would like to get bored with tons of info about the guy they randomly found on internet without even watching and rating his content.

I think an outdo is better than an intro but I personally have both. It bring consistency and a little character to your video, keep it within 5 seconds or so, you don't want to drive people away.

I had just an outro for while but it was getting a little old. At that time i thought an intro was a little overkill. But after taking some time and making a new outro i thought it was cool enough and short enough for an intro. After trying it out in a few videos as a intro and outro i'm kinda into it. I feel as if it makes my video a little more pro. I also just enjoy my outro and now intro.:up2:;)
