I've had exactly the same just recently, most of my videos hover around 30 views at the moment to begin with but have posted one recently that just took off(for my channel anyway) and it was one that's taken the shortest time to record and edit. Meh!

It happens a lot to me. I have videos that I think are going to hit and they bomb.
Then I have some rubbish fillers and they rocket.
There is no rythme or reason.
I now just upload and wait for the next big one.
