Not growing as fast as I want too. Some feedback appreciated!

Hey guys so I'm not growing as fast as I want, of course I think anyone can say that haha. I appreciate all my subs and each and every comment I get but I do want to reach out to people more and I know it'll take time, it's not an overnight thing and so forth.

I am willing to push myself as far as I need to and I have fun doing this everyday! Not getting tired of it all. Just wondering how I am doing AT THIS MOMENT to you guys and if there's anything I can work on or what's good. Thanks for the feedback guys!

There's nothing objectively wrong with what you're doing. Just, you're doing the same as what everyone else is doing. Your content is identical to most of the multi-million subbed channels, except they rely on 'brute force' entertainment due to their massive viewerbase. You need a niche. Every big 'tuber had one when they started, and even if they don't need it now, in this day and age you MUST add value to your viewers in some way. You're never going to out-edit, out-personality, or successfully piggyback on their channels, so why try? I think the reason you're not getting any feedback is because there is very little to criticise about the videos themselves. But you need to change the content of your videos in some way that they add value.

This is not a review of your video because I feel Brigradier Glyte already covered your problem and I agree with him 100% this is just a few tips on finding the unique value he refers to.

Now this is where the problem kicks in. What is this value needed, because it needs to be something so dam unique and new. Pewdiepie is one of the first lets players, markiplier is weird and unique in his own way, and jacksepticeye, well I don't know what his angle was because I did not follow his channel. The other ideas are all taken by smaller tubers of 100k plus subscribers. Then the scraps were left for the 1k+ subscriber lets players.

Which leaves little to nothing for the new lets players to think of and create. I am not trying to say you won't make it or just give up. No, not at all... What I am saying is its gonna be dam hard. I could not find my angle and that is a major part of why I stopped making videos 2 years back.

This unique idea would need to fit perfect with your personality which on its own is unique... what makes you want to keep watching on YouTube. What topic do you YouTube for hours and can't get enough of and can it fit in with what you make. Maybe you can redefine lets plays, I mean if you think of it at them moment you a facial expression to the game and sometimes capture a funny moment on your face and show it to the audience. Think outside the box

I hope you find your path mate. Strongs and happy editing

Guides, guides, guides. And not the s****y generic 'hey guys in this video imma show u 5 tips to play better. so basically number 1 is to practise your aim' etc etc. My role model is Lord Quinzulin at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCVkdl9ozj92l8UQISzRHx8g/videos

He has a personality, and found a niche that no one was doing yet. In a few months he grew to 10k.

He had a good game plan doing Overwatch as a Niche since it became so so popular recently - I commend his growth![DOUBLEPOST=1478901244,1478901196][/DOUBLEPOST]

Yeah I agree it will be super hard, the reality of it is almost 1/1 million to make it on YouTube now w/o some kinda niche that you can do very well. I'm going to keep my head up and just keep pushing forward and try to make my channel unique somehow...still figuring that out though.
