I've been doing Graphic Arts for 20 years and the profession tends to be devalued. We've gotten alot of "professionals" here advertising for free or dirt cheap labor as well as channels asking for free art. You drew the line, and that's what I loved about your post. I don't advertise or solicit here because of the amount of time I spent with the art for my channel would be the amount of time I'd spend on someone else's channel, and I don't think many here would want to pay that (10 hours on the logo alone, not the "bulb" but my full "more gear than talent" logo).

You are absolutely right. People nowadays underestimate the profession. Spending 12 hours on an intro ,asking for free intros.
