New Channel, how is the banner and profile pic?

Hi everyone, just recently started working on my youtube channel and I created my own profile pic and banner but just wanted some thoughts and opinions on it. Thanks! Also just curious if anyone is familiar but how fast do you all typically expect to increase your subscriber count?

I like it up until the black bars on your profile picture. I would design something else to fit the whole box. As for sub counts....depends on the channel, depends on the growth people are looking for, depends on the kind of content you're making. But if you just want something to go off, my channel gets about 28 - 48 subs a month.

Thanks for the feedback jake! Yeah I was thinking if I should get rid of the black abrs or not, ill see how to redesign it. But also yeah the subscriber thing was more just a general reference. Wasnt to sure what people expected in terms of how many subscribers they got each month.
