I am a gaming channel that does also sorts of games, I need helping figuring out what games I should play and some editing tips.

First Editing Tip I need help on: Should I have a small intro of not?

Second Tip: Should I have calm or humorous background music?

Third Tip: Should I make text of what i'm saying in editing?

If you want an intro, do not have an edm 3-D graphic intro, those are generic. Yes have background music, fills in deadspace. And nah, you don't need text unless they can't hear you.

A short intro is good but isnt always needed.
Music in the background always helps keep the audience attention.
No text unless what you say can't be heard properly.

Hope this helps and good luck :)

Make sure to keep the intro short (10 Seconds or less!) I technique I use is as follows: Show an attention grabbing clip form the video (short clip) before the title card to hook the viewer, then go to the short title, then the video! (Check out my recent CS:GO video for an example!!)

I'd say yes to music. find something that blends with the content of your video. To help add to the theme of the scenes.
