"NetworkOfOne" - What is it?

Hello, Fist of all Thank you for all this feedback. I am a content manager with NetworkOfOne. We understand that sometimes the offer amount may not be what you guys expect, however every offer we do is an investment from our side and the offer amount comes from running youtube's monetizing algorithm. That being said, I just wanted to address a few things. One, we DO NOT use bots, we have 2 headquarters, one here in Los Angeles and the other one in the UK and our corporate offices are open 24/7. Therefore we have hundreds of employees working around the clock. Two, we are not a network. As you have noticed we work a bit different. If you guys have any questions let me know, also if you change your mind or think that the content you have might be worth something and would like to get an offer from us. I will personally handle those messages.

This obviously is not true...

According to LinkedIn you have 33 employees not hundreds, LinkedIn can be off but the margin of error is 5-10% not 1000%+ so if you claim that you are not using bots, then you must be lying about the location, hundreds of contractors maybe but I say cheap workers from India / China / Philippines etc not UK / US..

This is what I mean about the whole thing looking very dodgy, if you want a good reputation then telling the truth is crucial even if you think it may not look great (Not that anyone seems to care anyway, Freedom got to be one of the top MCNs while paying their Philippines-based staff $300-$500 a month).

How about you stop spamming ?!

The blatant spammer I already linked to in this thread is still going strong so obviously your company doesn't care. He / she is just one example. But you already knew that right?

The fact you have "hundreds of employees" is irrelevant. Are you saying that you have no control of them? Are you unable to manage correctly? Let's pretend for a second that I was vaguely interested in licensing some of my content, it most certainly wouldn't be with your company based on how you go about business.

I don't believe for a second your "staff page" on your website either. lol, everyone is a "VP" and has 3-4 job titles in several companies. I bet that if I turned up unannounced at your "corporate office" during office hours, none of those people would be there or even have a desk there. There'd be 1 or 2 kids there at most, people like you ("content managers") ie spammers sending out spam and trawling social media sites like YTtalk.

So you're just here to spam ?!!

Wow, did you even read the posts in this thread ? We are all complaining about being spammed by your company, and your reaction is to spam us?!!! Just STOP, go away.

I'm glad I'm not alone! These guys have been sending me tons of email and spam..even tweets! omg! lol I've never had so many tweets before! xD I thought I might have become popular for a moment there..but..no..just spam... :p My videos are in the creative commons and earn only pennies..I'd never want to sell off the creative commons license that I've put on them, and I find the whole thing kind of hilarious. xD

If you guys are such a well-established company in the United States, then why can't I find you in the ReferenceUSA Business database? That is a huge red flag. Even tiny companies that have a small number of employees are in that database. Because your company does not appear in the database, I imagine this is actually an outsourcing situation, the company exists under a different name, or it doesn't exist at all... It is possible it could be a new company and does not appear in the database yet, so although I question it, I'll let it slide. The messages you all have been sending are considered Spam and are ignored by most people -- are you just trying to grab the low-hanging fruit? I cannot take spam comments seriously, and would recommend that you change your business approach. I would also appreciate if you would leave me alone. ^_^

They may not be a network but it's just a different way to try to get to our money. What would you expect from a former founders of Machinima? The barrage of emails is ridiculous.

I'm surprised the people emailing you look to be English or using names of English / American origin, the people who've emailed me have either an Asian name (As I said above, I'd guess they contract the messengers from India or the Philippines) or in most cases just something completely random e.g. "Ocxmin Ooaoofi" or "Ocxmoooooifm Offoocx" (two I've gotten emails from)

I'm sorry I'm late to the party, but I only received my laughable offers yesterday.

In short, they offered to pay me roughly half of what a video earned last year.

It's sad that people are obviously falling for the scam.
