Beauty/Makeup My start at youtube, makeup, colaboration

Hi Everyone,
I've just started with my beauty youtube channel (details in my profile description). Yesterday I added my first makeup tutorial and I would like to ask you Guys to see my video and give me some clues, advices how to improve it. I'm from Poland but I've decided to record in English. Maybe here is someone who would like to colaborate with me. Two heads are better than one :) If you are interested, please contact me.
Best regards,

Hi Mejkat! What a cool name!! Welcome to YTTalk and I'm always open to friendships through YouTube :)

EDIT: I noticed your link isnt working :[

Hi Mejkat, I just checked out your channel. I'm not that much into the make up tutorial niche but as a third party viewing your channel your thumbnails appear very similar at a quick glance but my tip would be to try and make them look completely different from one another. maybe different hairstyles and face angles for each video? or close ups of your eye makeup because that's what it's mostly about and they do look completely different from one another. i think your videos are great tho just need to make them pop with your thumbnails...

Hello Annie (I hope I wrote your name correctly, if not, please correct me),
I think you are absolutely right! Indeed they are quite similar but I haven’t noticed that until you do this. Maybe I’ll start to add some key words describing a video and I have to choose different frames each time as you said. I must admit beginnings are very hard, to be honest I wasn’t aware of it, that start of YouTube channel will be such difficult. I know I should make films once a week at least but this thought that I’m at the button of the list is soooo demotivating and I often think it doesn’t make any sense and I should give it up. What were your beginnings?

Hey! My beginnings were slow. My first month or 2 was figuring out who I was as a vegan and a youtuber, I was new to both worlds and I was learning how to edit videos at the same time. Once I became vegan I was so excited I wanted to share my journey from the beginning, I had no clue where my vegan journey or channel would take me (or how to edit properly) And you can tell my the quality and view counts of my first half a dozen videos, so bad lol.. By the 3rd month, I knew who I was a vegan and youtuber. I found myself being so excited by new foods, experimenting and discovering vegan foods and I began sharing that on my videos. If it makes you feel better I've changed a few of my thumbnails since I started also. You will just evolve naturally, you can't be anything but yourself and thats when things feel easier. I suggest using 'Canva' for your thumbnails. Go to custom size and type in 1920x 1080 (thats your thumbnail size)' It took me over 2 months to get my first 25 subscribers so I wouldn't give up if I were you. Especially if you really enjoy what you do. I find it so much easier to begin doing the videos for yourself, and don't focus on or worry about your followers for now. It will all happen naturally :) Good luck
