Well, I'm kinda monotone (I think) and it's not because I want money or fame, and not enjoying it. It's because I am shy and not used to doing things like this. I have a naturally high voice, and when I want to change my voice, I just want to make it higher, and it just sounds weird. I've been trying to work on it though!

My first ever vid was pure nerves lol, since them I've come out of my shell, it takes time to get confident talking to yourself essentially. If it helps, perhaps picturing a person listening could ease the nerves of a small Yter.

I don't fake it, I like to keep it natural and enjoy what I'm doing. If I don't enjoy, I just stop doing it.

I'd say the biggest reason is because a lot of people are scripting their words. It's harder to speak naturally when the words aren't flowing naturally.

I'm not so sure if I am still monotone or not. I do not read from a script and everything comes to mind and is random.
