@P K Saha you opened this thread to seek advice. A handful YTTALK members spend time answering your inquiry, including me. You have the luxury to use this beautiful community to solve your issue. What I don't like is your dishonesty.

During our communication by e-mail you were hiding crucial information such as:
  1. Hiding your channel (Apparently you have more content[probably set on private] on that channel what isn't yours)
  2. Quote "I need to say that I have made private all the videos in my channel so that no strikes are coming until I withdraw the balanced" (That confirms point 1)
  3. You provided me vague and missing information, you forwarded me a mail Youtube only send if you are a serious misuser
I advice the moderator to close this thread, this is not a serious inquiry.

Thing is that I talked to the content owner and he refused me. That's it. So I should not talk about this anymore. I have to wait 3 months and It's final that I'm gonna lose my amount. I asked in YouTube forum. No cries and no worries. I need to follow policy and rules. That's all of it! Close it man. Thanks. And don't go personal.
 
The issue here is youve used his content without his permission the only way this would be acceptable is if you used his video under the fair use terms, be it review or critique given youve applied the proper crediting. It also does not matter how much of his footage youve used, if it doesnt fall under fair use, hes within his rights to copyright claim you.
 
For anyone who might be interested, the OP has come to this forum hoping he or she will get a different answer or set of answers than was received at the official YouTube Help section of the Google Product Forums.
