Mean comments!

I Laugh Heartily Out Of Disbelief That Someone Would Waste Their Time On Leaving Word-Vomit On Something of Mine, When We All Could get Along and Be Happy :)

I had a mean comment not too long ago. The guy said, this video sucked.. I asked him if he was able to be bit more constructive, he told me why he thought the video was naff. I don't mind if people don't like my videos and it doesn't bother me if they tell me in the comments along as they give me a reason for it haha. I use it to try and improve i guess :)
 
I delete videos that are just straight up hate comments, if they're just negative or telling me what I can do better I leave them

Sorry that happened! :( When I get a negative comment, I just tend to ignore it. No need to stir things up.
 
I don;t know that we've quite got enough momentum yet to get any mean comments. Honestly unless it's says something disgusting or ****/transphobic or racist etc, I would probably leave them where they are. Yes it can be hard to read that someone doesn't like something you've worked on, but people have a right to express their opinions good or bad, and I don;t feel comfortable censoring that. As long as they are polite and respectful in doing so. I normally try to engage with everyone who comments, so I would ask if there was anything I could do to improve going forward. Turn it into a positive, learning experience!
 
I don't delete them. I use TubeBuddy to bunch all of the bad ones up for me (then I do a manual check) and pile them into Evernote. I am planning a mean comments series where I read all of the comments TubeBuddy marked as "negative", with censoring of course.
 
Ignore them, or delete them if I feel like it. I can't be bothered by what some prepubescent snot has to type on the internet. Even if they are a grown person, still not bothered by it. It isn't high-school anymore, I don't have time for high-school antics.
 
I haven't had any mean comments on my videos yet, if someone said something mean I would probably say something like "Thanks for your opinion" lol.
