Maker Studios 3 Contact?

It sounds like you are unless there was a problem with your initial contract acceptance and because you cannot log in it was never solved.

Yeah i cant sign in. Maybe there was an activation email i missed but ive been on the dashboard before so i dont think so
 
Seems really odd, but I have heard some really mixed feedback from people who've partnered with Maker Studios. You're not the only one this problem has happened to. A lot of other YouTubers with Maker Studios have had their money held for no reason as well.

their support are terribly slow no doubt about that, but dont submit multiple tickets. You may request help from the Maker forum.
 
While in the past this company had some shady issues (Ray William Johnson debacle comes to mind), Maker is owned by Disney now, I find it hard to believe they are intentionally behaving in such unprofessional way with you...are you sure the problem is not on your email provider or something?
 
Maker support is horrible - they get such a huge cut of your videos' ad revenue, they really don't want to release your channel from their CMS. Good luck.
