Looking for Creative Editing Software

Hey guys,
So I know this kind of thread has most likely been posted a million times on this site. But I was wondering if anyone could help me with finding a good editing software.
Basically I want a type of editing software that has the same creative editing capabilities like Adobe Premiere Pro (except I can't run Premiere Pro on my laptop since my laptop is crap and has a 32bit OS system XD).
I make vlogs so any that are good for that video genre would be great.
If anyone has any suggestions, it would be amazing :D

im pretty sure that premiere is also for 32bit systems :)

Helloooo do you have a link to a free version of CS4 by any chance? I've tried torrenting and it doesn't seem to want to work.
 
So adobe premiere pro doesn't want to work on my laptop :/ does anyone have any other editing software suggestions?
