Is Youtube too saturated to really be successful now?

Why would they stop making videos?
 
the next few years young people are not going to retire and the chances of them dying are slim. Most popular YouTubers are in theirs teens or early 20s

Maybe not in the next few years but youtube will slowly become more like any other industry. Why do Actors stop, why do researchers stop?

Could be age, could be circumstance, could even be new technology coming in like the YBox360 and just like technology in general. Older generations get left behind, which the new generations could fill in.
 
A popular German YouTuber (Taddl) removed all videos from his channel and left YouTube because it doesn't represent his "identity" any more ...
 
Well imo I think that it's worth trying.
there maybe a ton of youtubers posting videos everyday, trying to come out big but lots of them also quit because they see how much work they have to put in it
If you want to be succesful on youtube you gotta be passionate about it imo
Just posting videos to try and earn money and get succesful as fast as you can isn,'t sth realistic
All big youtubers once started like us so just keep working on it :)
