I want to make an Extra Channel

Hi there! I have a channel under the name of "IrmaZwart". I still want to keep this channel. But I also want another channel for a different kind of content.
But if I click on "Create a New Channel" it says I'm making a business channel.
So then "IrmaZwart" will be my personal channel, and the new channel will be a business channel.
What does that mean?
I don't necessarily want a "Business" channel, just an extra channel, like "IrmaZwart"

So should I use the "Create a New Channel" option and make a business channel?
(But with a business channel, can I still subscribe on other channels and make my own playlists, different from the ones of IrmaZwart?)
Or should I make a new gmail or something?

make a new gmail account under your IrmaZwart. Then you can sign up for youtube under that google plus account and you can switch back and forth easier

Why not try and grow your first channel till it grows on its own. Otherwise you will have to make time advertising two channels as well. Just a tip. Anyway strongs if you do decide to go through
 
I would strongly suggest you stick with one channel for a little bit. I started a second channel but only because I upload to it with friends.

I'll give it some good thought.

The reason I want a second channel is because on my first channel I want to upload a kind of content that really takes me a lot of time to do, so I'll probably only upload less than once a month, and that's not really enough for a channel to grow . That's why I want a second channel where I can upload some more vids, this channel will be the one I will try to grow with. The other (old) channel will just be for myself, for fun / hobby.
 
I say go for it. Lots of people have extra channels. I have a main channel, a side channel for extra stuff and a music channel myself. You might not post as much on your 2nd channel, but if you want to create one then do it!
 
It never a bad idea to make a second channel. I was thinking about making a second channel. However I thought I can do vlogs in a seperate playlist and my car build on another playlist. I say you should do another channel and be different compared to other YouTubers.
