1. thanks for the replies but how am i supposed to check if the submitters have the full right to the video? because channels like fail army must have started somewhere

2. i know for a fact freedom got paid because my channel didnt not get taken down or have any copyright strikes so isnt it unfair they keep all the money and terminate my partnership on "copyright" grounds

Google has a system to deduct revenue from a future month if they detect an issue with revenue that has already been paid out.
So if they paid out $100 one month but then found out $20 was earned wrongly they would pay out $20 less next month.
oh, thats sounds cool. Thanks for the info.

Are you sure they're partnered though? Are you sure they're earning money from what they do?

The easiest way is to create your own content instead of trying to profit off the work of others.

A quick search of any of your videos will show that it's posted other times by numerous other people/ accounts.

That raises plenty of red flags and makes your channel a liability now that YouTube is starting to crack down heavily on copyright infringement.

Just because your channel doesn't have any copyright strikes (yet), doesn't mean that Freedom! got paid or, if they did, that they won't have to reimburse Google later.

YouTube has a Content ID system. There should be a way for you to contact them for you to see what is required for you to have access.

As for the MCN, you can get an attorney. This is one reason that I don't consider MCN's that are not based in my home country.

when you say fail army started somewhere, you are right.... but they started on a whole different period. Nowadays, they acquire or show the content under authorization. And because they are so big content owners will approach or use their channel to show their videos and split the revenues. But this is all used with proper means, not simple unchecked upload to youtube.....

I do can confirm it. Furthermore if Google detects an issue with revenue, as I know, they can deduct not only 20$, but the full sum - 100$. So this is a reason why MCNs pays such earnings with a big delay (60 days, for instance), or they don't pay it at all.

So it's an another popular myth, that MCN can take money for terminated channels. No.

You didn't get scammed. Now that we have established that fact, you should edit the thread title. How about: "I uploaded copyrighted material without permission."
the videos were submitted to me, how hard is that to understand?
