looking at your channel i can see why they unpartnered you. you do not own the rights of the videos you have uploaded. Your channel represents a liability for any youtube network at the moment. You can say that the users uploading must have rights to do so but that does not work like that. for every single video uploaded you need to have authorization from the original or at least you need to know what kind of authorization the video falls in, creative commons, open domain and so on. It is your responsibility to follow these rules, despite you not having any strikes yet is pure luck. If you own the right of the videos then you need to show some proof
 
Agreed with lossehelin I see why you were unpartnered. It doesn't look like you own the rights to these videos and you need these users uploading the videos to have rights to the videos.
 
i always curious about one thing, if your channel being unlinked from MCN due to breaking ToS , do they still legit to pay you for what you had earned? I strongly believed the MCN had already received the money from Google.

No, the MCN will not pay. It is not the channel's rightful money.
 
As far as I know the MCN returns the money to Google, I cannot imagine them keeping it themselves considering it was earned illegally.

Google has a system to deduct revenue from a future month if they detect an issue with revenue that has already been paid out.
So if they paid out $100 one month but then found out $20 was earned wrongly they would pay out $20 less next month.
