How To Get 100 Subscribers?!?

In no way am I an expert at this..
But I'm about to hit 100 subs soon :)
(after only 1 month of daily videos!!)

So here are some ideas that I have that can help get 100 organic subscribers..
1. Daily Content - it should be obvious that there will be more videos! ~ Otherwise, why subscribe?
2. Comment on Related Channels (TASTEFULLY) - this could be very annoying, but if you do it very occasionally and "usefully", it can help. If somebody is asking for a certain video, I will sometimes message my helpful video to that person. I think I got about 15-20 loyal subs this way.
3. Relevant Tags (but not over-optimized, b/c google may penalize that) - using tags and descriptions to describe what your video is about.. For the most part, the first hundreds of subscribers you get find your channel through search, and not really from their friends..
4. Ask - It's helpful to have a call-to-action.. Some people will subscribe for no reason! But as you get larger, I think people need a REASON to sub to your channel.. Are you funny, or interesting, or informative, etc.

Any others?
Would love to hear your ideas, especially if you have more that 100 subs :)

1 Quality should always be maintained :)
2 Boring parts from the videos should be cut out
3 Replying to the comments :)
4 Making an awesome intro, outro, banner, thumbnail :)

Any advice on an intro banner? I have an outro one I've always used. I reply to pretty much every (positive) comment and ignore the negative. I try to maintain quality as best I can. I have 68 subs, shooting for 500 at the moment. I generally use something weird, funny, or quirky from Google that's related to the video as a thumbnail. Something that makes them go "What? I gotta see this".

Photoshop is always best for banners and thumbnails :)
Laying texts, and cool designs should be awesome :)
