How Long is Your Outro?

I'm now 5 episodes deep with a shortened intro and an outro around 15-20 seconds that directly asks for subscribers and comments, has a direct link to my website, AND showcases a clickable clip from my previous episode.

IT'S WORKED WONDERS

Views, view retention, and subscribers are all WAY up.
 
mine is normally 20 seconds, but seems like that the majority goes with 10 seconds, so i think i should turn mine down to 20 seconds as well :p
 
My outro is about 5 seconds long, i always link the previous video in that time, but yeah 10 seconds does seem a little do long.
 
I usually keep my outro about 15 seconds. That way, I can talk over it and let the viewer see the annotated videos.
 
Personally.. If all depends. I have mine for up to 40 seconds sometimes. Just depends on the length of the video and what's included in the outro.
 
My outro is 7 seconds long. I include 2 of my latest videos, reminders to like, comment, and subscribe, and links to my social networks.
 
I am trying 10-20 seconds, depending on the video length. If it is a long video, I generally go with 20 seconds, but 15 is common.

Mine include annotation links to the playlists I am presently updating.
