How did you big youtubers grow?

Thats the most annoying thing is when Youtubers stop replying to people, I understand they can't reply to everyone but some don't bother at all

Very much so, and most of these big YT'ers have hired people in their companies to do these tasks...but still no replies, even from helpful channels like Derrel Eves and YTCreators. I have noticed they WILL respond if they can put a canned response saying "buy my book" it's all in there. lol

This lack of caring is what gives us smaller YT'ers more ammunition for future growth!
