How Can I Improve?

Well, unfortunately the link on your account doesn't actually take me to your channel so I can't give you feedback on your current content, but as a general rule.

Make titles that pop out, paired with a good thumbnail that will catch peoples attention
Make sure the audio in your video is good, if it's a video where editing is necessary then be sure to be tasteful with your edits. Edits should always add to the video not overrun it.
Assuming commentary is involved, always remain focused on the commentary, would you want to watch a video where the person remained silent for minutes on end? Or said "ummmm" or "uhhhh" every 3 words?
Lastly, be original, never aim to follow trends but to set them!

Thanks so much. I really appreciate these tips. I subscribed, I saw you make gmod videos too. Nice art, too. I might have got my channel link to work, and I would love for you to take a look, so you can tell me what is good and what needs improvement.[DOUBLEPOST=1450845671,1450845575][/DOUBLEPOST]Also, do you mind if I ask who created your channel art? Did you create it, or did someone make it for you?

Not a problem, I will take a look at your content and let you know what I think. Also I wish I was talented enough to make channel art of even remotely good quality. The one who made mine, her name is Amy Sims and a link to her portfolio is in all of my videos at the bottom of the description, I'm sure she would be more than happy to work with you and maybe even do extra if you let her know I sent you.

Thanks so much, and I just started, but I am trying to get better!

Alright, I viewed your videos and firstly I want to say I think you are doing an awesome thing by supporting charity.

Here are some things that should help you grow.
Always remember that the titles of your videos and the thumbnails on them are a first impression to your content, your video could hold the most amazing content in the world but first you have to convince people to click on it! Until you become a big youtuber it's important to understand that it's your responsibility to attract new viewers, they won't just pile in one by one, so get familiar with a good photo editing software and put time into those thumbnails.

I think your videos are really awesome when you're commentating, but when your voice leaves and you're just stuck with regular gameplay and only music it feels very generic, you want the people who watch your stuff to think "wow, this is new, now I have a reason to keep watching their stuff." instead of thinking "wow, I could see this on 9 out of 10 youtube channels already out there" so it's important to be unique, keep learning, and apply that experience to your future content.

Lastly, don't make the error all of us make at the start, don't just shove out video after video thinking that the more content you have the better your odds of being seen, instead put more time into making quality content. Look at it this way, which would you rather have, someone watch a poorly done video for 5 seconds and that be the end of it? or someone see a very well done video, subscribe to your channel, watch more videos, and invite their friends to watch them as well?

It's a lot to take in when you first start, but ultimately in the end it's the determination that sets the differences between the ones who are successful and the ones who aren't, and the best part is that you are the only one who decides which one you become.

I really appreciate the help. It means so much that people are willing to help me become a better YouTuber each day. I will follow your advice, and do all of the things you mentioned from this moment forward. Once again, I cannot thank you enough.

We all started somewhere, when I started I was foolish enough to think I knew how to do everything, I learned the hard way that I was very incorrect. Time and dedicated, and the will to learn, that's what it takes.

Exactly. I want to learn, and am willing to take the time to learn. I edited some of my thumbnails, so tell me what you think. Thanks.

Channel art seems perfectly fine.
Audio and video quality are good too!
You only got 4 videos so far so just stick to an upload schedule and you should be fine.
Make sure you're original, stand out from other minecraft channels. It's dangerous to do minecraft because its popular on channels as MANY people do it!
You could work on your intro if I may say so.
Your commentary is not very enthousiastic yet but that will come with the coming videos, the more you make, the better you get at that :)
The channel seems very promising already! Make sure you have the right background music for videos and to stand out, that's all I can give you for feedback :)
