I have a channel and I'm really interested in making it better. Do you have any suggestions on how to make my titles, thumbnails, videos, or channel layout better? Basically any ways to make it better. My channel is run purley on my phone...so keep recommendations on that platform.

Well getting a proper logo and banner would be a good way to draw people into the channel (nothing beats a nice professional look imo) so either asking around the forum for someone to make them or learning to make your own (the route I recommend) will be great for you. (If you don't have photoshop try gimp its free)

Your thumbnails are not bad but could be better like reducing the size of the numbers, there is no need for them to be that big and they distract. You could also try getting more creative backgrounds to make the video pop a little bit more since people are going to be looking at your video in the sidebar you want to get their attention with an interesting thumbnail so spice it up a little bit. (If you want some creative texts to use in your videos Cooltext.com is a good place to get some pre-made ones or if you want more custom text try dafont.com)

Your audio could also use some work as occasionally your audio distorts (like when you were telling people what the server was in your latest video) that sends people off your channel so either investing in a better mic (if that is the problem) or using audacity to clean up your audio would be good for you.

I am a channel that is purely ran on a phone, so I can't use things like gimp and audacity. I've heard about these things and have already looked into it. Any other suggestions?
 
You don't have a computer at all? Well that really limits you then since there is not much in the way of purely phone based editing softwares. I would try asking the other members of the mobile community here what they suggest since I'm not very well versed on in that regard. Sorry mate.
