I don't know if you have a claim because it is 100% video gameplay as far as I can tell. No added audio commentary. It's not your game so you may not win. But, as you noticed, there are other things that can be done =)

If it stays it stays it just annoyed the hell out of me when i realized he posted the exact same thing and put literally no effort into it. My video is linked to a website you see with a written description his is just the video with a title.........and no description. Just wow.

Oh, I understand your anger. I have filed DMCA take-down notices four times for people ripping my vids.[DOUBLEPOST=1369751428,1369751210][/DOUBLEPOST]Now that you mention it, it's time for my monthly search for common key-words that I would use.

Found another one! Here's mine:


Bam! This one won't be around for long. YouTube has responded within 24 hours each time.

Also I can understand that I am nowhere near alone in this but it was still a small shock its like one of those things you think will never happen to you and then BAM!

Also I fail to see the point in a channel that literally copies others entirely.

Because they get the advertising revenue until they are shut down. I found four more of my videos and filed claims on each one. I also found other content and message the owners of those videos to file a claim. Hopefully, they follow through and the channel is shut down for copyright violations.

It still isn't very clever when video owners are as vigilant as yourself :P
