Looks like all his videos are stolen from at least someone. What a total tool. Sorry to hear your video was taken.

Just took a look at some more. All taken. One from a massive channel called RevGames.
 
I mainly checked his uploads out to see if he had taken anymore stuff from me I have no idea what content is his own or not.
 
That sucks then I didn't realize it wasn't just me since I don't recognize any of his content. I wonder if there are other youtubers out there who do the same thing.

Do you really think he is the only one with the bright idea to re-upload videos that look similar to what he is doing for views, if your video had some sort of Text or Symbol that identified you, then he would be able to do that, since your video does not you are kinda stuck

I think the date on my video is more than enough evidence in this case, along with the run time and the fact that its the same video.........and I know that people do this but look at me, my channel is tiny I had no idea I was a notable target for this kind of stuff.

Also after rewatching my video I need to add annotations since people probably won't read the description :P
 
Sux man same thing happen to me. Reported it and his channel got taken down because all of his video were stolen

I don't know if you have a claim because it is 100% video gameplay as far as I can tell. No added audio commentary. It's not your game so you may not win. But, as you noticed, there are other things that can be done =)
