Hello,

I have to created some slide video and did not use any copyrighted material and create one slide "intro video".

Problem is, recently I have to got huge copyright claim (40 videos) "Blocked in all countries" from " Bongo Holdings Pte Ltd " on my slide visual content (not audio) and my slide intro video which created by me and I am the first uploader on YouTube and I have all video raw file. Those slide graphics is my creation and I know any body can't send me claim to my own visual content.

My question is what can i do now?

He send me only "visual content" claim which created by me.

I want to dispute this claim but what's option i can use.
"
I believe this copyright claim is not valid because:
I own the CD / .....
I'm not selling the ......
I gave credit in the video.....
The video is my original c.....
I have a license or permission from ....
My use of the content meets the legal .....
The content is in the public domain ....

After dispute and he (Bongo Holdings Pte Ltd) deny so what can I do .... ?

Note :
Bongo Holdings Pte Ltd already have huge scam and represent my country very badly.
Search google : Bongo Holdings Pte Ltd
he send copyright claim but when disput he said "this is automated system"
but we know this not automated !!! this claim but those claim send manually.
he search and research very old bangladeshi videos and which videos have no owner and he send copyright claim. Pls stop Bongo Holdings Pte Ltd Scam.

Thanks

If you created the content, dispute it with "the video is my original creation" and I'm sure they won't respond back because they'd have to prove they actually own the rights over it. There are lots of scammers out there.

The copyright claim was valid, not fraudulent and NONE of those things protect you. Those 3 lines are major red flags that you have no clue about copyright and what you can and can not include in your videos.

@cbpayne

The OP was simply stating the options that the dispute process was presenting him with, not saying he was using those in his dispute...

From the original post, and above what you are thinking he wants to say in his dispute...

I want to dispute this claim but what's option i can use.

If you have permission from the holder and you used the video in fair use you should be able to appeal the strike pretty easily.
