I think its interesting only if people make it interesting. Personally, I don't want to just watch somebody sitting in front of a camera trying out foods and maybe liking it, maybe not. I would like to see people trying foods with a twist though. You could do it with a friend and do small challenges with them or just plain weird. If you do do the whole, tasting foods thing make sure you make it interesting and unique and fun to watch. ^.^

There's Youtubers that do that, however if you can make it somewhat unique, I think it will be quite entertaining to watch.
