Hey there! It is Kim here and I will like to announce my goals for youtube for the 2015-2016 year. My channel is KimsSuchATurtle so if you enjoy let me know!

Goals:
-Hit 150 subs by the end of the year
-Hit 200 by the end of 2016
-Get my first sponsorship
-Collab with a youtuber
-Go to vidcon/playlist live

I'm gonna update my yearly projection to 900 subscribers and 225.000 views.
But I really want to make 1,000 subscribers and 250.000 views.
 
I started with 145 subs and 13k views on 9/26/2015 and here are my expectations to 2015 end!

I will officially be a year old on Youtube in December. As of right now I have 1 subscriber. I want to have at least 50 subscribers by May of 2016. That's eight months so hopefully I will make it, but I wanted to ask what may be some things that I can do in order to get more subscribers and keep them watching my videos.

October : about 10 subscribers
December : about 20 subscribers
February : about 30 subscribers
May : 50 subscribers
 
I think you could afford to set higher goals. Aim for greater heights! I think your channel looks pretty fun. Pretty sure you don't need 8 months to hit 50 subs as long as you do some promotion at the beginning whenever you upload a video. :D
