Goals For 2015

setting up the camera focused on the chimney, I want to find out for sure if santa really does come down, then upload it to youtube with the title, HOLY SH*T - SANTA IS REAL!!!.

Then i'm going to ask him 10 questions and upload that too as, TOP 10 THINGS SANTA SAID

and finally i'll take down the bear trap off the roof and do a cooking video titled, RUDOLF TASTED GREAT! YUM YUM!!
 
I'm planning to
  • Change my channel graphics
  • Update my channel trailer
  • Create an intro/outro set
Considering I want all of these to be quality, it won't be an easy task.

Well I hope to have my second channel at about 50 - 100 subs and about 5,000 - 10,000 views. I also hope to have the scripts for two short films I am making ready, as well as the props, costumes etc. :D

Thinking small since I've only recently become active, and I don't have a lot of experience so my videos and art is slightly.. lacking :P maybe next year will be the big year.
 
Personal channel (almost brand new one, for old I had different stuff)

Create professional looking channel intro in 4K (1080p upscaled)
Do more videos (4 more)

Gaming (collab) channel
Subs: 20
Views: 80k+
Do more videos (5-20 more, still need to decide with friend)
Buy some older games to play (big Steam sales are waiting)
 
Hi guys! We are TheJNDuo.

So we created TheJNDuo YouTube channel (arcade games and lifestyle) just last week and our goal for the end of 2015 is 500 views for now. I do not mind the goals for subs for now. :)

Currently my goal for my channel is to get to 300 subs by christmas, or new years ish time. Once this semester is done in a few weeks I will be able to buckle down on my channel some more. Hopefully the extra time i will get to spend on it then will get me to my goal.
What are some of your guys short term goals for your channels?
