gisikw add this to your thread if you find it helpful enough

Well I contacted one of them he said
"Puff Licence LOL.. I DONT HAVE IT <><><><><"

that's the exact reply
and the other person also said that he does not have a license then HOW??

Because the owner of the license doesn't necessarily have to issue a takedown. Often, they'll choose to simply take the ad money from the video.

Why? What can be gained by more research? They're trying to take advantage of a loophole by selling the remix as a computer file instead of music and requiring the buyers to turn it into music on their own which opens them up to a lawsuit. Unless you want to p**s off every one of your customers, don't use legitmix. End of story.
If you are right then I won't use legitmix but I have to find out the right to use that MUSIC
because otherwise how people thousands of them make remixes and sell them or publish them on web!??!?![DOUBLEPOST=1365741256,1365741231][/DOUBLEPOST]

I'm not planning on using LegitMix, in fact the entire point of the conversation was Ashish saying that it is a legal way of using this music.

It's kinda brilliant, really. In the same way that torrent trackers aren't illegal - all they are are a set of instructions.

I don't think record companies would have a case. But customers might have a class action for the misrepresentation?

Honestly, I don't recall. I play legal. But, I do know that they can change that policy at any time, and shut down your video, on a whim.

Just don't violate copyright. And then all of this is a non-issue.

this could be a point!

ok then just help me find a way to contact those people
I do not care if they take all the money from the ad but the video should be there on the channel

and can it be a review of a song and not a remix?? is it legal[DOUBLEPOST=1365741541,1365741498][/DOUBLEPOST]
I *believe* if I'm reading this right, it's a legal way for you to make a remix that you can use for personal use. Not anything you could upload to YouTube.
it also mentions that you can use remix for monetary purpose.
I am not sure to what extent this is true but they mentioned that

Possibly but it's spelled out pretty clearly and I was able to find all that in less than 2 minutes using a simple web search. That loophole only covers you if you sell a remix through their site. If you attempt to use/market/distribute a remix in any way that is music and not a computer file, then you're guilty of copyright infringement.
