Oh, THAT video. I did that for Mashable - they've been on YouTube far longer than I. I've been doing videos since...last June?

Anyway, that Facebook intro was recorded using actual Facebook recorded with Screenflow, and distorted using a 3d perspective plugin from http://www.fcpeffects.com/ Though I did have to do some masking of the original footage to blur the ads and stuff.
