So basically, They are giving customers what they want but are making them face the consequences for doing it?
I don't know I am researching about that and contacting a few channels I found that they are using it from a long time and till now everything is fine!HOW?[DOUBLEPOST=1365740507,1365740415][/DOUBLEPOST]These channels might simply be lucky and haven't been caught yet? I'm not to sure how to explain this, as I've never seen it happen myself. It might be something with a network they are in, or could purely up to the luck of not being caught..

But, I honestly have no explanation.[/quote]
That is exactly I want to know
A lot of people including me try to flag them and youtube reviewd it BUT noo youtube did not removed it why???!
It is still there and it looks like it always will be there

When you sell remixes on legitmix, it's not in the form of music-that's how they're trying to get around the law. If a paying customer wants to use the file/song you sold him, they have to remix the remix file you just sold them into a song. Which means that they are responsible for the copyright infringement. I fail to see how that would be good for business.

We call sell remixes for their personal use and if they want to use it for monetary purpose they have to go through the same process of the website

I have to agree with you, I don't see how they are able to get away with this for so long.. Might be something we have to research into further?

I know you are not offending and I do understand and I don't think you guys are using any high technical workds first of all
and I have seen small, medium and big channels using music from big mainstream artists and their videos are not removed
and they are not new one's
How do they do it
Like I found a channel which has a lot of skrillex remixes(orginal one's which skrillex made)
still they are there and it has ads
and no network gives you access to skrillex songs
and I also found one channel which has videos of people creating remixes and mashups and still they are their on youtube and they don't seems to be too big except a very few

If the video isn't removed - it's possible the channel actually has a license from Skrillex (or Skrillex's license holder). For the right amount of money, you can usually get whatever license you want. But it won't come cheap.

A video of ours on a different channel had music coming from a ipad was up for a year and it got taking down because of the freaking music coming from the ipad lol. So those other channels are just getting lucky like we did for a year.

Well I contacted one of them he said
"Puff Licence LOL.. I DONT HAVE IT <><><><><"

that's the exact reply
and the other person also said that he does not have a license then HOW??

Do you not understand that anyone that buys from you is opening themselves up to a major lawsuit? All you're doing is trying to pass the blame down to your customers. And you're saying that they should sell their remix and pass the blame down to the next group. Really bad idea. It's like a pyramid scheme of blame.

there are hundreds .. something is wrong..I won't mind being one of them if they are doing it in a legal way[DOUBLEPOST=1365741075,1365740922][/DOUBLEPOST]

?
I do not understand??Please explain
Why is it blame, they can use it for personal use in the same way they would with a real album from original artist
THE only thing is that when they want to remix it they have to mention my name and the original artist and then again get a license .. in the same way how I did?right?
First I am not going to do it
and I want you to explain why that website is still UP if it is that much against law?
and I am just researching

Why? What can be gained by more research? They're trying to take advantage of a loophole by selling the remix as a computer file instead of music and requiring the buyers to turn it into music on their own which opens them up to a lawsuit. Unless you want to p**s off every one of your customers, don't use legitmix. End of story.
