Gaming Commentating Channel (Review Needed)

Hi guys! I am LucasJacob23, and I would like my channel reviewed. Please review my latest videos because people have suggested I should stop commentating on my gaming videos. They also say my videos are too long, even though they are, on average, about ten minutes long. I appreciate all feedback, and I hope I can use this to make my channel better.

For one, your voice and video recording are both clean and fine, your banner needs work, and your videos need to be shorter, 10 minutes is LONG for a channel with less than 1.000 subs at the VERY LEAST. Also try not doing let's plays if youre not an established channel, as newcomers wont want to watch your videos if they are too long if they dont know you, short and powerful is KEY for below 500/1000 subs, Id dare to say even 10.000 subs.
