Facecam Manipulation!

I simply record my footage to the SDXC card in my camcorder and then move to PC

About moving footage and so - not sure how is it in Premiere Elements 14, but in Premiere Pro you can easily make required file/part of the video animated by "toggling animation" under Effect Control and then just double click in your preview in that footage at the time you want to and simply click, drag, rotate, resize (a bit hard to explain without writing long story - so simply search for something like "Premiere elements animation" or so )

I use OBS for the facecam. If I play console I use Elgato to capture the game, if I play on the computer i use bandicam to capture the game. Then use Sony vegas to put them together, on separate tracks so that the facecam can be manipulated freely.
