Does a rant with the video shown count as fair use?

As long as you are being transformative with the video then it should fall under fair use, but there is a pretty fine line where it comes to that so be careful I guess.

For my film analysis videos, I use a segment of copyrighted material from the show/movie for a brief period - to demonstrate my points and my analysis. That falls under fair use as I am using the content to educate (in a sense).
