Do you think there's an ultimate formula to Youtube success?

That's not entirely true. Youtube is based on what Society Favors as "Talented". Since Society tends to favor to "Young, Beautiful, Sexy, Hot, Amazingly Stupid, or Never seen before content".

You can be beautiful and young all you want. That's no guarantee of success. And you can be not so good looking and not so young and still be successful. It's a fact, it's not a theory.

Society actually gives an opportunity to all types of people. The big dogs are the ones who don't give opportunities. The big companies, the studios, that think people will only accept someone beautiful. There's no factual evidence of that.

The reason why anyone can be successful on Youtube is because there's no big CEO deciding who can have air time and who can't. The audience is the boss, the audience decides, and the result of that is that you can find all types of people having success on youtube: Fat, slim, tall, short, white, black, young, old. This is just a fact dude. You can find plenty of examples of all these types of people being successful. It's a fact.

Now, you might say "oh, but most of them are young and bla bla bla". Well, most people who decide to participate on youtube are young, so yeah, you're gonna get more young people in the spotlight, which doesn't mean there isn't room for anyone else.

If there was ever a perfect formula for success, being a successful YouTuber would be devalued because everyone would be doing it. Being a successful YouTuber has value because it is a positional good because only few people are, and most people are not.

i dont even know anymore theres so many steps its hard ot know what works anymore i think a huge part of it is who you know seems the only way to climb nowdays is to collab with bigger and bigger channels as you go which can be questionable at best

Unfortunately I do think that luck plays a huge role on YouTube. Like you said, tons of great videos and creators go unrecognized despite having followed all of the generic steps.

I have to agree with this. Persistence, quality, consistency, and technical skill all play roles, but you often need at least some luck as well

In my vision, even if you have 1 subscriber it's a great start. It means that someone liked your content, enjoyed it and would like to watch more! Even for that user only, It's worth it.

I think luck does have a lot to do with it, but luck isn't going to help you if you don't have quality content. So...

All I want is to be able to make a living providing funny stuff to the youtube community. The only thing holding us back is the fact that no one knows we are alive. So when I find the ultimate formula trust me ill share it. No money, no bull, 100%.

Absolutely not. You either got the good or you don't. You can try so hard, pour your heart and soul into YouTube, but that is not what makes one big. It is the stuff outside of your control. Your being, the way you look and act. If you have an infectious personality you will make it big. Not many have that though.
