Do Looks Sell?

In your personal opinion, do you think being attractive draw more people to your channel? Do you think it makes people want to subscribe to you?

Do you think people are drawn more to a personality rather than looks?

No, otherwise I would be a lot more popular than I am now.

Breast exposure helps to a certain degree though, I think. But it might actually inhibit how much people are actually listening to you.

Yeah of course it matters, how could you even argue? You can do a google search right now and find out that attractive people make more money, are picked on less and are more likely to be hired for jobs. The fact of the matter is, people like attractive people. Is it required? Of course not, can it help? Absolutely.

Well I think it does actually help being attractive! I'm more drawn to personality than looks, but I'm not generally into people in general! xD But I'm not considered attractive at all and have been told that I am ugly after people looking at my youtube channel! xD

Looks mather. Alot. But I have noticed, If you look like REALLY bad. I mean like a freak or something. You have to act like a fool. It gives s**t loads of popularity.
I don't look really good, so my looks doesn't sell. And I also don't look super ugly. So non works for me. Thats why I wear a helmet.

yeah I agree!

just ignore em ive been rejected for "not being attractive" so many times and literally told me to my face- im like w/e. It was a struggle for me to get on webcam and still kind of is since im really self conscience. it still haunts me till this day, but thats ok. I have fun doing what I am doing. I feared if "im not attractive" enough for youtube but then I see these other guys with like 5mill subs lmao but they are funny as hell!
so i think it does help, but its all about personality. Yeah looks give a certain edge - to a degree though.

Well, the first thing you see is how someone looks... I'm gonna stick around longer on a video if I'm attracted to the person, without a doubt. Not that I'm saying unattractive people don't have nice things to say, of course not, but if you look nice then my eyes will be more engaged.

Like personally, I'd never upload a video without makeup on. It takes 15 minutes to do, but adds to the quality of the video, I think. Makes me look more put-together.
