Creative Nation didn't pay a lot of partner!

I don't have the payment from Creative Nation for October and November... the channel is in good standing, monetized and linked to Creative Nation
They requested to fill their usual form, that requires up to 30 days to be processed. Well i sent that form on 10th of December, still no answer.

Yeah, they didn't pay me november earnings too. I've read a lot of cases like mine and i think they're not planning to pay us. I've already lost about 1000$ because of this and they don't answer on my unlink request ticket =( More than that, youtube representative said they can't help me! I dont have a single strike, they stole the most profitable months from us! I think we should spread the information about this scam network across the internet.

It's been more than 24 hours since my last ticket which requests channel unlink from the network. I have 3 tickets left without any answer from them. I have also sent the filled form as requested by their support on 10th of December, but they didn't give any reply at all, and obviously haven't paid yet.
Now tell me it's my channel's fault and not them scamming.
