Creative Nation didn't pay a lot of partner!

I'm partener with CN about 2 years.

I have NEVER received my payment of October and November, I sent an email, still no answer... (they say that we have an answer within 30 days, what a joke...)

I am not alone in this case. A lot of partner PM me on the forum and tell me they have the same problem.

My channel status is ok. No strike or something.

I sended my problem on :Twitter, FB, support, mail, forum.. NO ANSWER... !

I think CN has a problem with Paypal, so they can't pay the partners. All month Shane said the payment will be delayed because they have a problem with paypal... But 2 month and not pay, it's so long.

And the forum of CN is down about 1 week (so the partners can't complain in public..... ^^) : "

The forums are currently under-going maintenance, they will be back shortly! "

@Shane Please review my situation.
 
well I'm a creative nation member since aug 2014 i received all my payments the last one was 2 days ago ( paypal payment)

and the forum is under maintenance because they are upgrading the forum to the lastest version

2. They were fine unlinking my channel.
3. Still no response from block payments support.

I have logged in on the dahboard checked, and it sais it is not paid, but if I go into my paypal, i recived the amount wich on the dashboard is "not paid"
 
Not me.

My channel is ok, no strike etc. Always linked with CN. So i don't unterstand... And @Shane ignore ALL my messages.
 
Submit a support ticket and you'll receive a response within 48 hours on working days.
 
They told me to fill a form to get my money because of copyright or community strikes. I will do that and inform you guys what happen.
